Yes, our Sencha is sourced from certified organic suppliers. As a new brand, we're currently in the process of completing our own organic certification, which takes time to finalise. We expect to have this in place soon and remain committed to organic sourcing across our range.

Yes. As a green tea, Sencha naturally contains caffeine, though generally less than black tea. A typical cup contains around 25-45mg of caffeine, which is noticeably lower than a flat white or latte made with a single espresso (about 60-80mg).

Sencha is naturally rich in L-theanine, a calming amino acid that works synergistically with caffeine to promote relaxed focus. This combination delivers a gentle, sustained energy without the jitters - making Sencha an ideal choice for mindful alertness throughout the day.

We know Sencha is the tea of choice for our most devoted tea lovers, so we made sure our Sencha is a high-quality Sencha sourced from Japan, perfectly suited to your daily cup.

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $89; under $89 is a flat $5, or $15 for express. We deliver Australia-wide, including PO boxes, parcel lockers, and military addresses. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days to metro areas and 7–10 to WA, NT, and regional locations; express takes 1–3 and 2–4 business days respectively. You can add delivery instructions at checkout — orders default to “Authority to Leave.” Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

If your order arrives incorrectly please email hello@idylltea.com and we’ll make it right. Damaged or faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase — we recommend registered mail, as Idyll isn’t responsible for items lost in transit.
