We take care to ensure your Idyll tea arrives quickly, safely and in perfect condition.

• Free standard shipping on orders over $75 within Australia. Orders under $75 incur a flat rate of $9.90. Express shipping is available for $14.90.

• We deliver Australia-wide, including PO boxes, parcel lockers, and military addresses.

• Orders are dispatched within 1 – 3 business days.

• Standard delivery typically takes 3 – 7 business days for metro areas, or 7 – 10 business days for WA, NT, and regional locations.

• Express delivery typically takes 1 – 3 business days for metro areas, or 2 – 4 business days for WA, NT, and regional locations.

• You can provide delivery instructions at checkout; by default, orders are set to “Authority to Leave.”

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your tea every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds
We want every cup to delight. If your order arrives incorrectly, or you’re not satisfied, email us at hello@idylltea.com and we’ll make it right.

• Damaged or faulty products must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We recommend using registered mail, as Idyll cannot take responsibility for lost items in transit.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Refunds are provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.

• Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
