As a new brand, we're currently in the process of completing our own organic certification, which takes time to finalise. Yes. As a black tea, French Earl Grey naturally contains caffeine. A typical cup contains around 40-70mg of caffeine, which is slightly less than a flat white or latte made with a single espresso shot (about 60-80mg).

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days to metro areas and 7–10 to WA, NT, and regional locations; express takes 1–3 and 2–4 business days respectively. You can add delivery instructions at checkout — orders default to “Authority to Leave.” Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Damaged or faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase — we recommend registered mail, as Idyll isn’t responsible for items lost in transit.
