Brewing Guide

Make a tea concentrate by steeping 1-2grams of loose leaf or 1 pyramid per ~100mL of boiling water (95 - 100°C) for 3 - 4 minutes. Remove pyramids, let cool, and store in the fridge for up to a week, diluting with cold water & ice when ready to serve
