Yes. As a black tea, it naturally contains caffeine. A typical cup of English Breakfast contains around 40-70mg of caffeine, which is slightly less than a flat white or latte made with a single espresso shot (about 60-80mg).

Unlike coffee, black tea also contains L-theanine, a naturally occurring amino acid that promotes calm alertness. In combination with caffeine, L-theanine helps deliver a smoother, more sustained energy with fewer jitters - making English Breakfast an ideal everyday lift.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days to metro areas and 7–10 to WA, NT, and regional locations; express takes 1–3 and 2–4 business days respectively. You can add delivery instructions at checkout — orders default to “Authority to Leave.” Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

If your order arrives incorrectly please email hello@idylltea.com and we’ll make it right. Damaged or faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase — we recommend registered mail, as Idyll isn’t responsible for items lost in transit. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
