Yes, our matcha is sourced directly from certified organic growers in Japan. As a new brand, we're currently in the process of completing our own organic certification, which takes time to finalise. We expect to have this in place soon and remain committed to organic sourcing across our range.

Yes, matcha contains caffeine.

A typical serving provides around 60-80mg of caffeine, which is comparable to a flat white or latte made with a single espresso shot. However, unlike coffee, matcha is uniquely rich in L-theanine, as the whole tea leaf is consumed rather than infused. In combination with caffeine, L-theanine promotes calm, sustained alertness and sharper focus, delivering steady energy with fewer jitters and a gentler comedown, making Matcha the perfect morning cup.

Yes, our matcha is excellent enjoyed over ice, either as is, or with your favourite milk, or even coconut water. It is also delicious warm, and can be made into a matcha latte.
